The state-of-the-art production facility in Gadaap is ISO 9001 and HACCP ensured. These international standards ensure the quality and safety of food produced in the facility. HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles are implemented to prevent microbiological, chemical and physical contamination during the production of meat.
Over the course of 10 years, The Mid East Farms has secured a license to export frozen vacuum-packed beef, mutton and camel meat to Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, Egypt, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Afghanistan, Maldives, Iraq, Myanmar, CIS and Bahrain.
